    Hi Alice,
I have set up a company selling seaweed as a tasty and nutritious superfood. My aim is to educate people about the wonders of seaweed and to encourage people to have an open mind about it.
As a marine biologist I am capable of educating from the science and nutrition point of view but I am looking to add recipe ideas to my website (it isn’t up and running yet but it is in the making).

Would you be interested developing some seaweed recipes that I could include on my site . I will, of course, credit you and share links to your blog, as well as send you some tasty seaweeds to play with.
The seaweeds are sustainably harvested from the nutrient rich Irish, Atlantic, shores. They are certified organic and are packaged in the certified clean space. If you require anymore information I would be delighted to respond.

I’d like to send you some Irish Moss (Carrageen), Kombu (Laminaria digitata), Atlantic Wakame (Alaria esculenta), and Sea Spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata). if you have any special preferences for any other seaweed I can also provide those.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Alice,
Congrats on the award for best blog. I have been popping in and out occasionally during the year and have really enjoyed reading your recipes and adventures. Well done, and keep up the good work.

    Hi Alice,
Congratulations on your award. I notice that you have some lovely bakeware, as you used in your Earl Grey, Honey and Lemon Madelines. Do you have a favourite cookshop where you find these treasures?

      Hi Vel,

Thanks for the well wishes 🙂 I used a silicone mould that I picked up in lidl for the madeleines, but if I’m feeling like splurging a bit more, I love Stock just off Grafton St. But I really get them anywhere, I like to keep an eye out for any deals on baking stuff. For the really unusual bits, amazon and ebay are probably your bets bet!
